In this episode zero, Emily and Ricky will be chatting about their history and background with ICOM and SICOM and how their journeys have led to where they are today. This informal episode will give you some background context on who will be your hosts on this podcast! We hope you enjoy!

Episode 1

Learn about the organization behind this podcast. The International Conference on Missions (ICOM) has been in existence since 1948 and has no plans of stopping! Ricky and Emily will be interviewing the Executive Director about what ICOM is, where it came from and the goals of the organization.

Episode 2

Most people don’t know that ICOM is more than just an annual conference. There are so many ministries and extensions of mission work under the ICOM umbrella. Today we’ll be looking at some of the main branches of ICOM Mission Services. We’ll be talking with Jenny Empson, Executive Director of Tower Accounting and Chris Irwin, Executive Director of EnterMission. 

Both of these ministries are vital to the Kingdom and the work of ICOM. We are excited for you to hear their stories and how these organizations are doing the work of the Lord.

Part 1 of 2 - For such a busy organization, ICOM is run by only 8 people! ICOM is blessed to have eight great staff members who are so intentional with their roles - not only within the ICOM community, but in their families, churches and circles of influence. We are excited to introduce you to them and let you hear their hearts for the Kingdom of God!

Part 1 of this "Behind the Scenes" episode will feature Director of Development, Michael Hawkins and Office Manager, Kim Leitzman.
