Registration FAQ's:
- Registration includes entrance to the main sessions, workshops and the exhibit hall.
- Ticketed Events, Pre-Conference Trainings and all Virtual Passes are additional fees and can be purchased as you register for the conference.
- A "family" is considered people living in the same house, meaning a parent(s)/guardian(s) and children. Extended family such as grandparents, aunts/uncles, cousins, etc are not included in a family registration.
- You can register online or onsite!
IMPORTANT REGISTRATION STEPS:
- Add desired items to your cart.
- Add discount code, if applicable
- Check out via credit card
- On the confirmation screen, you'll see the items you purchased with the button to "Assign Ticket" for each Registration Fee that you purchased. Please click the Assign button and enter the Full Name and Email of that registrant.
- Once you have assigned the ticket, please click on "Complete" and fill out the rest of the registration form! This step is crucial for our reports!
- After completing the registration, you are all set!
Foreign Visa Policy
ICOM is unable to provide invitation letters to those wishing to attend ICOM from outside the USA. We suggest that you contact other known parties in the USA before registering for ICOM so you can be sure to secure an invitation letter.
